Thank you for stopping by this page.
My office is located at Cambria Vineyard Church.
Let me introduce myself.
I graduated with a Masters degree from the University of Phoenix and completed my training hours in Visalia with the county Youth Services Program. I finished 3000 intern hours under supervision at Chapel Grace church in Coalinga, Ca.. While working at the church, I was also on the church staff and became a licensed minister. Along with counseling, I preached from the pulpit a few times and was privileged to perform a number of weddings.
I began this new field after 30 years as a public school teacher. I was honored to receive several awards for achievements in the education field including “Teacher of the Year”.
I received my BA degree from Grambling State University in Louisiana with honors. While at Grambling State, I participated in the National Teacher Corps where I worked in a rural underprivileged school as a full-time teacher.
I love learning and have two master’s degrees to prove it. One in Art from Fresno State University and another in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Phoenix.
I have been married to the same great lady for 45 years. Suzanne and I, have four adult children, nine grandchildren with another one on the way in May.
I am a Christian and all of my therapy is first based in Biblical standards and morals.
The goal in biblical counseling is to come alongside someone who is struggling and to apply the principles in God’s Word in a way that the person responds in a godly way to the problems they are facing.
Listen to advice and accept instruction, that you may gain wisdom in the future. Many are the plans in the mind of a man, but it is the purpose of the Lord that will stand.
Without counsel plans fail, but with many advisers they succeed.
