Fight depression 6.

You can fight your depression. You can do something that will help you break out of the slump that depression puts you in.

These are things that you can do, control and help reduce your symptoms.

Give them a try.

  • Take responsibility.

You are in charge of your life so take charge.

Do what’s right and make amends where there is wrong.

Don’t play the blame game.

Yes, people mess up and cause you grief. Don’t let others ruin your life.

Have plans, have a direction and do what is necessary to live a wholesome life.
