  1. Change the way you see the future.

Depressed people have lost hope for the future. Here is a key to the problem. You don’t know what’s going to happen in the future so why not have a positive attitude about it. Only time will tell and time can be the answer to the depression you’re in now. Time will change and you can be changed.

Get over your negative beliefs about what may or may not happen and think positively.

No one knows what the future holds. So why not think good will happen
