Part One, Ease Depression…


Depression and anxiety are the most diagnosed mental health issue.

Many of us have dealt with depression on a short-term basis. . If depression becomes chronic it is well advised to get the help of a professional counselor or medical doctor.

Here are a few ideas to deal with the slumps that depression can cause

Be pro-active in dealing with your depressed mood.

  • Have a pet.

A pet can help ease your depression. Just the simple act of petting your animal friend releases all kinds of feel hormones in your system. Plus, your pet likes it too.

  • Eat smart.

Eat foods that boost your mood. Junk food is called junk food a reason. Eat healthy.

  • Less caffeine.

Slow down on the coffee and caffeinated sodas. They bring you up and give you that buzz you think you need. However, they make it all come crashing down too.
