Part One:

Stuff you can do to change your life.

  1. Exercise 30 minutes every day.

Get out and get busy.

Walk, jog, get to the gym, do something.

Get your heart rate up and maybe sweat a bit.

It will change your day and help with your sleep at night. 30 minutes is not that long, really.

Get out there.

  1. Eat breakfast every day.

It’s called breakfast because you are breaking your night of fasting.

You have to fill your tank before you go out to your day.

No time? Get up a bit earlier.

Start your day with some food.

Donuts are not good food!

  1. Sleep 8 hours.

You know you’re not getting enough shut eye.

Hit the sack earlier.

Turn off the TV and computer and get the shut eye you need.

Getting in the sun and a little exercise will help get you into dream world.

  1. Take the stairs.

No time for exercise?

Do stuff that will force a little more calorie burning.

Take the stairs, park far from the store and get up from the desk and walk around a bit.

How about a walking lunch?

  1. Sleep deprivation is never a good idea.

Quit the binge watching. Don’t think you can get by with just a couple hours.

You can’t catch up on the weekends.

  1. Eat healthy snacks.

Junk food makes for junk.

In your belly, brain and it doesn’t help with your mood and cognitive skills.

Yes, you might need an afternoon snack to make it through the day. Make it something healthy.

Chocolate and chips are not healthy you know this, you really do.

  1. Eat more fruit and veggies.

Grandma said it. Do what grandma said. Eat more fruits and veggies.

  1. Drink more water.

The general rule is 8×8. 8 glasses of water, 8 times a day.

You need to hydrate your body.

There is more to drink than water, water based drinks will do.

Stay away from the sugar stuff though.

  1. Take care of your body. Wash it, clean it etc.

Wash up, clean up and spruce up.

Head to toe clean up your act. A little splash of some smelly stuff will go a long way.

Taking care of how you look on the outside goes a long way in helping the inside.
