The Holidays are coming.

The craziness is coming with it.

Take some time to breathe.

I mean really breathe.

  • Sit up straight.

  • Breathe in through your nose.

  • Take a nice slow deep breath.

  • Hold it a few seconds.

  • Now slowly exhale through your mouth.

    Do that as often as you need it this holiday season. Try to relax and have a holiday during this holiday season.
