You don’t have to know all the answers and you don’t have to pretend you do.
Get this straight from the first.
You don’t know everything and that’s OK.
Know what you know and keep it at that.
Admit your limitations and go on from there.
Surround yourself with people who know what you need to know and learn from them.
If you don’t know some stuff Google it. Hey, if you don’t know something, learn and study.
But please understand you don’t have to know everything. Please, please don’t fake it.
The problem comes when we think we can bluff our way through stuff, we really don’t know anything about.
Especially you guy folks. You don’t have to know all the answers. I know you want to be that guy. The guy that has all the answers.
That guy doesn’t exist anyway. So don’t pretend you are that guy. Don’t pretend you know everything.
Being a know-it-all is an ego thing and not a knowledge thing.
Let’s talk sometime…
