A habit is something that is repeated regularly, that bad or good behavior becomes automatic and thus a habit.

  • It takes 28 days of repetition for something to become a good or bad habit.

Notice I am saying good and bad habits. It takes as much energy to form a good or a bad habit.

Why not take the time needed to form good habits in your life.
