Prioritize Happiness

prioritize happiness

Make Happiness a Priority.

  1. Happiness is an attitude.

It just doesn’t happen you have to choose to be happy.

Too many people just don’t like to be happy. It is so much easier to see the bad in life. To complain and see life’s glass as half empty.

Being happy takes a little work. Seeing the bright side instead of the dark clouds is a choice.

Make a choice to be happy. Act happy and it could become a habit.

  1. Plan your day around a happy activity.

You know what makes you happy.

Plan your day around having some happy experience.

You work hard, so make time for yourself and enjoy that moment or two. Be happy for that time. Look forward to that time.

Organize your day and week around that happy activity.

Think about the happy times and forget the unhappiness at least for a little while each day and each week.
