… Fewer ends.

unnamed (9)

Many times it’s not that we don’t have enough money.

The problem is many times we have too big an appetite for stuff. We want more than we need and spend on things that in the end are not really important or satisfying.

Please don’t get me wrong. I know personally what it’s like too have the bill collectors call. I know what it felt like when there was just barely enough food to go around.

But I also know times when I/we just had to have that and we overspent to get it. That thing really didn’t do what it was supposed to do and now it’s long forgotten or in the trash.

So what am I trying to say here?

  • Know , really know what your basic needs are. Meet those needs.
  • There are always ways to do it more simply and cheaply. Explore those ways.
  • Want and need are two different things. Understand the difference and go with need.
  • More stuff does not mean more happiness. In fact most times it is just the opposite.
  • Save for a rainy day. make sure you have something in reserve.
  • Spend wisely. If you don’t have wisdom get some, learn to be wise. Find a wise person to advise you.

The world is too complicated don’t add to the complexity, live simply.
