The Function of Therapy…

the function of therapy


The whole point of this therapy thing is to help you feel better now and later.

The “later” part of therapy is when rough times come that you are able to deal with them in a much better way.

  • Understand that rough times will come.

It’s just part of life. How you handle those times is what therapy now will help you with.

All the evidence backs up therapy as the best way to deal with the “now stuff” and the “later stuff”. therapy is better than drugs, alcohol or medications and therapy has no side effects.

  • Give therapy a try for now and later.
